就地冷再生(ColdIn-p1aceRecycling)技術,是指采用專用就地冷再生設備,對瀝青路面進行現場冷銑刨、破碎,加入一定量新集料(必要時)、再生結合料(乳化瀝青、泡沫瀝青等)、活性填料(水泥、石灰等)和水,在常溫下拌和、整平、碾壓,一次性實現舊瀝青路面再生的技術。

就地冷再生技術總的來說可分為瀝青路面面層冷再生技術和全深度再生(即深層復拌冷再生)技術兩大類。對于瀝青面層就地冷再生技術,路面維護保養適用的路面厚度約為6~13mm。下面三種情況都適用:

2)由于混合料的不穩定性、擠壓和粗糙的材料使路面形成車轍所造成的路面變形。

3)由于斷裂、瀝青泛油以及層面之間的粘接力降低所造成的路面完整性破損。全深度就地冷再生技術的適用條件是道路穩定層的再生改造工程。

與瀝青面層就地冷再生相比,全深度再生就地冷再生技術的主要特點是能夠適應道路深層的再生改造要求,對路面基層進行再生處理時,拌和深度范圍一般為10~20cm,處理土基穩定層時,拌和深度可達35~40cm。
